Each bedroom has hotel-style linens and bathrooms have hotel-style towels, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, and a hairdryer. LIVING ROOM - SECOND FLOOR Unwind in the living room on the second floor, which faces the ocean through large windows with raised blinds to create a full-effect view. The room features a comfortable couch with accent chairs and a 50" Smart TV. Open the door to a patio/balcony, where you can enjoy outdoor lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. DINING ROOM: The sunken dining room, boasts a large round table in front of an ocean-view window with seating for 10. KITCHEN: A large chef kitchen includes a 2024 refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, a 2023 self-cleaning gas range, a microwave, a Keurig coffee machine, and plenty of glassware and dishes. We also include single-use dinnerware for outdoor dining and when mom doesn't feel like doing dishes. BABY GEAR All our homes include baby gates, high chairs, and Pack-n-Plays. This house also has a crib and changing table as well as a rocking chair. Additionally, if anything else is required, Baby Quip rentals are just a phone call away. PARKING: Parking for one car is provided in the garage, with an additional parking space in front of the house for an SUV. WASHER/DRYER: A high-capacity washer and dryer with detergent pods, as well as a wagon with beach chairs and an umbrella, are available for guests to use. NEIGHBORHOOD: Venture outside to experience the charm of this quaint and quiet beach community, with access to a Farmers' Market just a 7-minute walk away, as well as bike, paddleboat, and kayak rentals. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested. BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones?
