The first floor features a King suite with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. The second floor offers another King suite, also with an ensuite bath and Smart TV. The third-floor loft has a cozy Queen bed and a Smart TV. For extra guests, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room. Bathrooms include shower/tub combos, and we provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer. You'll also find a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a swim. **Kitchen & Dining** Your fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, a dishwasher, and a spice rack. The dining table seats eight, and a high chair is available upon request, making family meals a breeze. **Living & Workspace** Relax in the open-concept living room, which features a warm gas fireplace and a 50” Smart TV with streaming apps. For those needing to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is also available. On quiet nights, enjoy a selection of board games and beach reads. **Outdoor Living** Breathe in the fresh sea air from balconies on nearly every level. The private, fenced backyard patio is an ideal retreat with a fire pit, gas BBQ, and comfortable lounge seating for dining al fresco. **For Families & Pups** We welcome families and have thoughtfully provided amenities to make your stay easier, including a Pack ‘n Play, children's books and toys, fireplace guards, and baby safety gates. Your dog is also a treasured guest! We provide a cozy dog blanket for the couch, a food and water bowl, a leash, and waste bags. You'll have private access to the entire home. Entry is via a smart lock, and your unique access code will be sent 48 hours before check-in by email and then texted on your arrival day. We’re local hosts who care — not a call center. We give you plenty of space to enjoy your stay but are always just a text away if you need anything, from restaurant tips to extra beach gear. Nestled in a prime location, the beach is practically your doorstep.
