Dining Room Custom granite dining table seats 12 with glass doors opening to both the back and side patios. Views of Boney Mountain and easy access to the BBQ and bar area just outside. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishware, pantry staples, and outdoor BBQ space nearby for grilling. Outdoor Living Pool and Hot Tub: Azure-bottom swimming pool, separate spa, polywood lounge chairs (pool heating available by request) Patios and Views: Expansive patios with views of Boney Mountain and possible sightings of horses in the neighboring pasture Wildlife: Frequent deer (lots of bucks this year), coyotes, road runners, and foxes Trails: Private walking trails throughout the 20-acre property. A steep switchback leads to Serrano Valley (experienced hikers only). We can also share directions to easier trailheads nearby. You’ll have the entire home and full 20-acre property to yourselves, including private access to all patios, the pool, spa, and trails. Ample parking is available on-site. This is a peaceful, rural setting—quiet and private and at the top of Deer Creek Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains. This property is not on the beach. The beach is an 8 minute drive to PCH where you can park and go to Deer Creek Beach or drive 10 minutes south to Zuma Beach. Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
