Whether you're here to reset or celebrate, this peaceful escape offers a private pool and spa, folding glass doors for indoor-outdoor living, and 20 acres of trails and wildlife. Full-length folding glass doors open completely to the back patio for indoor-outdoor living. Fireplace and Smart TV included. Dining Room Custom granite dining table seats 12 with glass doors opening to both the back and side patios. Views of Boney Mountain and easy access to the BBQ and bar area just outside. Kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, dishware, pantry staples, and outdoor BBQ space nearby for grilling. Outdoor Living Pool and Hot Tub: Azure-bottom swimming pool, separate spa, polywood lounge chairs (pool heating available by request) Patios and Views: Expansive patios with views of Boney Mountain and possible sightings of horses in the neighboring pasture Wildlife: Frequent deer (lots of bucks this year), coyotes, road runners, and foxes Trails: Private walking trails throughout the 20-acre property. A steep switchback leads to Serrano Valley (experienced hikers only). We can also share directions to easier trailheads nearby. BOOKING PROCESS: As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. You will then receive our Guest Portal. This is an amazing digital check-in system that will provide all your entry and wifi information as well as local activities, tours, restaurants, etc. You can even request early check-in! Confirm your information as soon as you book so you can start planning your vacay! This is a peaceful, rural setting—quiet and private and at the top of Deer Creek Canyon in the Santa Monica Mountains. This property is not on the beach. The beach is an 8 minute drive to PCH where you can park and go to Deer Creek Beach or drive 10 minutes south to Zuma Beach. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request in advance. Trail maps and hiking info are available. Let us know if you'd like recommendations for easier hikes nearby. BOOKING PROCESS: As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. We send automated messages regarding your stay, including your entry code and WiFi that are send through email. Entry code is sent 48 hours before check-in by email and then texted the day of check-in.
