Sleeper sofas on both levels provide additional flexibility, with linens and pillows provided so everyone can settle in easily. Bathrooms There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor, plus a powder room upstairs. The upstairs bathroom includes a jetted tub, perfect for unwinding after a long beach day. Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided. There is no outdoor hot tub at this property. Outdoor Space Multiple outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting, from sunset evenings on the rooftop deck to relaxed meals on the private patio. The beach is close enough to come and go throughout the day without planning or packing. After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation message and a request to sign our rental agreement. Once completed, you’ll receive access to our digital Guest Portal with your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and the option to request early check-in or late check-out when available. Parking is provided for up to four vehicles, with one space in the garage and two to three spaces in the driveway. Street parking is not available. We’re a local, family-run team and we treat our guests like neighbors. We’ll give you space to enjoy your time, but if you need anything at all — just text us. This is a dog-friendly home, and we provide thoughtful basics to make traveling with your pup easy. A $25 per dog fee applies. Dogs must be clean and on flea control. Cats are not permitted.
