Welcome to Loft 38—a sunny, upstairs beach retreat just five houses from Pierpont Beach. With vaulted ceilings, A/C, and a cozy vibe, it’s perfect for a weekend getaway or beachy work trip. Cook in the full kitchen, walk to tacos and coffee, and fall asleep to the sound of waves. This is a second floor unit. This sweet little upper-floor loft is tucked into a quiet, four-unit building just a short stroll from the ocean. Inside, it’s all about comfort: a queen bed with fluffy pillows, a full kitchen for easy meals, a comfy sofa sleeper, and a smart TV if you want to unwind after a sandy day. • Steps to Pierpont Beach – Grab our beach chairs and stroll down to the sand • Fully Stocked Kitchen – Stainless appliances, Coffee bar, pots, pans, and pantry staples • Queen Bedroom – Dresser, smart TV, USB ports, and closet space • Futon that makes into a full bed, linens in the closet • Smart TVs in Living & Bedroom – Log in to your favorite shows • Bathroom – Shower/tub combo, fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash • Air Conditioning + Heat – Rare by the beach! • Beach Gear Provided – Chairs, umbrella, and towels • Electric Fireplace – For cozy nights in • Books & Board Games – For mellow beach evening Parking is behind the building. You have one dedicated space with 1138 on it. Please be aware of how you park and do not bring a second car. Each loft has a dedicated space. Thank you! BOOKING PROCESS: As soon as you book you will receive a message asking you to confirm your booking and to sign our rental agreement. You will then receive our Guest Portal. This is an amazing digital check-in system that will provide all your entry and wifi information as well as local activities, tours, restaurants, etc. You can even request early check-in! Confirm your information as soon as you book so you can start planning your vacay! PARKING: CARPORT: One car parking in your designated space DRIVEWAY: No driverway parking STREET: No street parking on Pittsfield We’re a local, family-run business and love sharing this sweet spot with guests. We give you plenty of space, but we’re always nearby and just a message away if you need anything. Please note this is a small one-bedroom in a multi-unit building—you may hear a bit of neighbor noise now and then. There’s a white noise machine in the bedroom if you’re a light sleeper.
