A fireplace lights up with the flick of a switch. The double doors open out to the balcony where you can hear the sea lions barking in the distance and smell the crisp harbor breeze. A 60" TV with Roku and plenty of Board Games are available. ☆ DINING AREA A dining table sits under a modern chrome and glass chandelier, which will seat 8-10. ☆ KITCHEN huge chef's kitchen with all the amenities you imagine - pots and pans, baking sheets, a Keurig coffee maker and pods, and more. ☆ POWDER ROOM A powder room with a changing table is tucked next to the kitchen under the staircase to the upper floor. ★UPPER FLOOR★ ☆ FAMILY ROOM the stairs open into an entertainment area with a large sleeper-sofa, and comfy armchair, and a desk. There is a little kitchenette and a 49" TV, plus games and books. ☆ KING BEDROOM/WALKIN CLOSET/ENSUITE/OFFICE AREA the king-sized master suite, with a walk-in closet and huge master ensuite bathroom. ★LOWER LEVEL★ This level has two queen-sized bedrooms and a large shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes. ✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested. BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones?
