You will receive a message as soon as you book that will ask you to confirm your information and sign a Rental Agreement. From that point on, you will receive guest information by email so please check your spam if you have not received a Welcome message. You should receive a link to your Digital Guidebook within 48 hours, which has check-in information and food and activity recommendations. You will receive your entry code 48 hours before check-in. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of Kitchen essentials including spices, olive oil, vinegar and more. Also bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plus detergent for your clothes. ✹ BABY GEAR: We have tried to make this house as baby-proof as possible. Some things like the spiral staircase are not possible. We have provided a crib, changing table, baby bath, rocking chair, as well as a few other items that can be requested. ✹BEACH GEAR: We provide a wagon, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, blanket and beach towels. We try to keep boogie boards and other sand toys available too! ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a bright and airy designated workspace off of the primary bedroom on the third floor. ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, a high chair, a baby monitor, and more. All bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed with cotton linens, multiple pillows, duvets for winter, and quilts for summer. BATHROOMS: Step into the charm of vintage-style bathrooms: Main Bathroom: Off the hallway, this bathroom features charming pink tiles, a large shower, and sink. It's super cute and easy to use. King Ensuite Bathroom: Very spacious, with a shower/tub combination and plenty of light. Its vintage charm adds character to your stay. LIVING ROOM: Relax and unwind in the inviting living room: Wall of shuttered windows opens to reveal scenic water views. Navy sofa sleeper, two accent chairs, and a 50" smart TV for entertainment. Non-working fireplace with electric candles creates a cozy ambiance. KITCHEN: Discover culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen: All-new white appliances, including a filtered water/ice refrigerator and dishwasher. Gas range for cooking enthusiasts.
