Upstairs, there's a massive king-sized bedroom with a walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and smart TV, perfect for winding down after a beach day. Living Room/Dining/Kitchen: The open-concept lower level is perfect for family gatherings. Relax on the sectional or in the accent chair in the living room while staying connected to the kitchen with a bar area and stools. Gather around the large eight-person dining table bathed in sunshine streaming through the shuttered window. Outside Area: Your front yard boasts a lush green lawn and a charming rose garden, enclosed by a white fence. While we're pet-friendly, we kindly ask that you encourage your furry friend to avoid using the grass as a bathroom. We provide baggies for your convenience. The back yard area is accessible, and the screened door allows fresh air without leaving the front door open. Guests have access to the entire house, with parking available in the garage for one car and one car parked on the side of the garage.
