The home was well supplied and equipped for our family of 6. A gem!" YOUR HOME: This is a duplex with separate entrances from the street. The entire ground floor and patio area are yours exclusively. The upper unit has its own deck over the garage. The lower duplex is very accessible if you are 'stair-challenged'. ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ Sleep will come easy in the two quiet and very spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are similar in size and style, complete with high-end King size beds with medium-firm hybrid mattresses, hotel-style linens, and calming color schemes to help you relax. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has lamps with charging stations and full-sized closets. Both bedrooms have wide entrances and no steps. One bedroom has a doggie door that leads to the gravel dog run on the side of the house. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The two ensuite bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, freshtowels, and bathroom basics such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap for your convenience. The third bathroom is off the hallway and features a shower/tub combination as well at the essentials. All spaces combine wood, glass, and chrome elements for a stylish place to get ready for the day. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ This harbor view villa is within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants, but on the nights you want to stay in and cook at home, this kitchen has everything you need. The well-stocked kitchen features custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space. Equipped with a Keurig coffee maker and pods, toaster, blender, and drawers full of utensils and cookware, you will feel right at home. Also, essentials like olive oil and vinegar, plus a spice rack so bring your groceries! Subtle beach decor adds fun and flair to the lounge area and helps keep you in “vacation mode.” You’ll find a comfortable leather sofa sleeper, armchairs, a simple coffee table in the middle, and a flat-screen TV on the wall, and modern electric blinds. A sliding door leads from the living room to the sunny patio and allows plenty of sunlight to fill the room during the day. Fire up the BBQ for a family lunch or dinner outside, or eat leftovers from the restaurant down the street in the sun. When the sun goes down, sit around the fire pit and watch the city come alive with lights and music. There is a secure dog run with a doggie door accessible from the rear bedroom. We have 2 kayaks and life vests for your use.
