Was pleasantly surprised that as a pet friendly rental you couldn’t tell because the place was very clean & well taken care of…immaculate if you will. Lots of room for 4 adults & a toddler. Top deck which we had was a lovely addition to be able to enjoy throughout the day. Location was great! You could see from the living room/dining area the channel. Made watching for boats fun & you could see & hear some seals/sea lions too! We could easily take a short leisurely walk to get to the Strand Beach which was nice & not crowded. Convenient location to grocery & other stores for necessities while staying there. Was also a quiet neighborhood considering so close to the beach/ocean. Met a few neighbors who were very nice too. Just a really good stay there. If possible & you’re thinking of visiting Oxnard we’d definitely recommend this particular rental or perhaps one of their others based on our visit." Bruce June 2025
